What is the laundry service?

The Laundry Service is a way of working that enables us to create a sustainable business for us as well as our clients, reduce initial project costs and maintain upgrades and support throughout the year.

How does the laundry service work?

As with any project (web or otherwise), there are the initial costs to get it off the ground. Once the project is complete you'll probably think of lots of things you want to add, update and improve - this is your laundry list. Your laundry list can include anything you like: website upgrades, addition of content, branding, printed material etc.

Once you have completed this list, we "shirt size" it and schedule it in. This plan is shared with you via an online document so you can see exactly when the work is scheduled to be started and completed.
