As a 1st graduate in graphic communication and digital media Scott brings a technical twist to toggle's skillset. His main focus is with the web, he has a keen eye for standards based design and enjoys building digital solutions that are a pleasure to use. Within toggle, Scott blends his technical abilities with graphic design, generally making sure everything is working as it should be.
Scott was awarded two yellow pencils in the 2007 D&AD student awards, one for Student of the Year. His work also achieved Runner Up in the Adobe design awards and in the Creative Innovation Award.
In his spare time he is developing an open source web site development tool that goes by the name of "Pixie". He also enjoys photography, typography, geekery... (and most things ending in 'y').

Gemma graduated from UCCA Farnham with first class degree in graphic communication, specialising in branding and packaging. She has developed a keen interest in both the web and maximising the potential of online design. Gemma has a great deal of freelance experience working with agencies and organisations and achieved runner up in the Creative Innovation Award for branding work.
Her passions include photography with Russian cameras, hand made crafts, sustainability, and illustration.
She brings technical expertise, branding knowledge, illustration skills and a hefty packaging collection to toggle.

After 15 years as a television news journalist (including stints with ITN, GMTV and LNN and as Editor of Big Breakfast News and Five News Early) Mike made the leap to digital media at Sky.
As a founding director of toggle he brings almost a decade's experience at the sharp end of new media - designing, building and maintaining a host of products, platforms and services. His experience extends from developing business cases and site scoping to building, training and managing the teams needed to run complex editorial operations.
He is an advisor to BAFTA's web committee, a member of the Worshipful Company of Pattenmakers and lives in West London with his wife and their small, scruffy white dog.
